InGameTips 1.0.0 - Initial Release

I'm excited to announce the first official release of InGameTips! This mod introduces a customizable way to display tips directly in-game, making it perfect for server owners, mod creators, and modpack makers who want to enhance player experience and understanding.

Key Features in 1.0.0:

• Server-Side Tips: Display tips to all players on the server without needing client-side mods.
• Datapack and Mod Integration: Easily import tips from a datapack or another mod, ideal for modpack creators and mod developers.
• Scheduled Tips: Customize when and how tips are displayed with advanced scheduling options.
• Localization: Support for multiple languages, including English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, and Occitan.
• Client Configuration: Toggle tips on or off, adjust sounds, and manage display settings.
• Tip Memory & Recycling: Prevent repeated tips and allow them to cycle for a fresh experience.
• Command Support: Manually display tips to specific players or all players at once.

This version is compatible with Minecraft 1.20.1 on Forge.
