⚙️ Logic & Interaction Updates

• Two-Way Combat Block: If Player A ignores Player B, combat is blocked for both players (symmetric protection).
• Subjective Ignore Rules: Your GUI settings now ONLY apply to the players YOU have ignored.
• Symmetric Chat Filter: Ignoring a player can now hide your messages from them and vice versa.
• TPA Blocking: Support for blocking teleport requests from ignored players.
• Mute Notifications: Added a "Silent Mode" to suppress all "Blocked interaction" warning messages.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed "double message" bug when right-clicking players (MainHand protocol check).
• Fixed tab-completion errors for player names and admin subcommands.
• Resolved various compilation errors regarding Java 21 compatibility.
• Fixed logic where OPs were accidentally blocked without a bypass toggle.
