Iffex's Mob Additions

New Mobs:

• Desert Trader

Changes:

• Zombie leaders can now only spawn on the surface of the Overworld
• Husks can now be leaders and skirmishers
• Illusioners can spawn in Woodland Mansions
• Snow Golems can spawn in snow biomes
• Wither Skeleton Captains' skull drop is much more likely and is affected by looting
• Piglin Trader no longer always drops his backpack and loot now affects the drop rate
• Broodmothers only spawn underground and spawn more often
