Idle Tweaks

• (New) Added a feature to mute the volume when Minecraft is running in the background. This allows for a quieter experience while multitasking.
• (Bug fix) Resolved an issue where accessing the menu while in a world, losing focus, and returning would cap the FPS and render distance at the set limit.
• (Bug fix) Resolved an issue that prevented users from setting their FPS or render distance below the set limits.
