Idiot's Saccharine Totems
Adds a few craftable totems, including the Totem of Keeping, and a lickable totem core which can be imbued with potions, and a block that preserves velocity.

- Fixed Totem of Keeping not working when dying to the void
- Totems that prevent you from dying take priority usually. But now, Totem of Keeping takes priority when dying to something that bypasses Totems usually (like the void)
