Iceball

Added new items:

• Lightning Ball
  • Crafted with four copper ingots and a redstone block
  • Can be charged by placing in a container with a lightning rod pointing into it
    • Turns into Charged Lightning Ball when lightning strikes the rod
• Charged Lightning Ball
  • Summons lightning where it lands
  • Drops a Lightning Ball item when thrown
