Hyper! ඞ

Small update cause I wanted to play with HYPER on a different pack- JUST KIDDING I'VE DELETED THE ABILITY SYSTEM AND MOVED IT INTO THE RUNES SYSTEM, I've deleted the stupid ascension thingy and made that a rune also, there's 2 new machines too! Also the Mana system will be reworked next update so keep an eye out for that!

And Elysium has been changed into a cave-type dimension for the time being.
