Hunter vs Speedrunner

Version 1.20 was full of ERRORS, please do not use it I will remove version 1.20 everywhere

Update note:

• Bug fixes that were in ver 1.20
• Changed the way of outputting when the hunters' compass will be issued. Now it is shown as a boos bar. Also changed the function of timer
• Fixed game restart error (previously there was an error that the compass timer was not reset )
• Fixed plugin restart error (there used to be a bug that the compass timer was not reset, and also some functions were not turned off )
• Added the sound of hunters exiting, as well as the message
• Fixed a bug in the output that there is no world for the event
• The /hunterworld command started working again (there was a bug that it didn't create the world)
• In the menu items now look normal, without unnecessary information on them

Since I am deleting version 1.20 here are its notes In version 1.20 was added:

• Support for localization ru and en, can be selected in config.yml
• You can also add your own language there, the guide will be below.
• The command /hunterreload was added - reload plugin

To add your language, you need to go to config.yml, copy en: to the end, then paste it below, change en to your language, e.g. fr, and then translate the messages
