HighTide's Hypixel SkyBlock Commands

Added

• Added the new /hsbquickislands command so you can quickly travel to your friends islands.

Changed

• Completely rewrote the configuration system so it no longer relies on OwOLib since the mod didn't work well at all for developers.
• Reworked the client sound system to give it some more capabilities.
• Reworked the Reputation backend to be more efficient.

Fixed

• Fixed an issue that resulted in the friendly warps menu's text partially being invisible
• Fixed an issue with the sound system causing it to not work properly all the time.
• Fixed an issue where configuration files don't save after a mod update.
• Fixed an issue where if the hsbcalc command overflowed it could crash the game (I only experienced this 3 times in testing and am not sure why or how this happened)

Removed

• Fully removed all references of a profile viewer as it is no longer needed in the mod.
• Removed a bunch of un-needed translations from the old configuration system.
