Horse Powered 3.11.1

Hotfix for the bottling feature from 3.11.0, plus Seed Oil, interaction, and rendering fixes.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a crash when right-clicking the Horse Press with any item in hand.
Bottling recipes now reach the client, so the JEI Bottling category is no longer empty and bottling works on servers.
Spam right-clicking a station with items no longer makes them disappear from your hand (breakinblocks/HorsePowered#22).
Items added to a partly filled input slot are now saved properly.
Stack size labels are back on the Grindstone, Hand Grindstone, Chopper, and Press (breakinblocks/HorsePowered#23).
Seed Oil now behaves like a proper fluid. Swimming, splashing, and fall-damage reset work, mobs and players move through it normally instead of getting stuck.
