Horret's Extended Megas

It could honestly just be 1.6.2

• Compatibility with latest versions of Cobblemon and Mega Showdown
• Mega Serperior (I think that's new?)
• Removed Mega Decidueye whilst I rework it!
• Mega Noivern remodel
• Updated Rowlet & Decidueye animations
• Decided to include my Eeveelution animations (no walk animation)
• Emissive textures did not change, I just changed shaders, so don't worry about that

I'm sticking to just the datapack version for the time being, since it's far easier to test & upkeep. This means all you fabric fellas have to recraft your stones unfortunately. However I do feel you shouldn't be at fault for just giving yourself the items to recraft them, since it's kinda unfair.
