Close passive mobs now stare at player when Willpower is below 65/Story stage is in Despair or further Low chance of a ring of up to 8 mobs spawn in a circle around player at midnight and passively stare. Mobs will despawn naturally.
Fixed:
Horror events triggered to fast when Willpower was low or gamestage was in Denial and further Adjusted Configs for horror event triggers
