General

Preconfigured InventoryProfilesNext to:

• No longer switch out lava/water buckets if it was full before use. Will still switch to an empty bucket if you started with an empty one.
• No longer switch out unenchanted tools.

Fixed config/dependency around BetterClouds not rendering.

Fixed config around DistantHorizons not rendering on the server.

Replaced Applied Energistics 2 with Refined Storage 2. The Bad Meteoroid mod to get rid of AE2 meteors was buggy and too annoying to deal with. And RS2 got a ground up refactor recently, so lets try that.
