Purpose

Iron farms are a common early game build, but wrangling villagers is annoying, and some players prefer not continuously instilling fear in villagers. This pack allows for creating golems that lay 'eggs' of iron.

Directions for Use

1. Install this datapack.
2. Build a structure like an iron golem, replacing the iron blocks with hoppers.
3. Ensure the carved pumpkin is the last block placed.

Notes

The 'eggs' are dropped every 35 seconds (the spawn frequency of a single cell fear-based iron farm).

Known Issues

• Golems can currently be stacked in a small space and unbalance iron substantially.
• ☑ (1.21.1) Trident marker is atrocious. Hopper golems are now marked by a hopper over their head. An amusing side effect of the method of attaching the hopper is that killing a hopper golem may spawn a chicken.
