New: Tracker ownership & permissions
Whoever activates tracking on a hopper is now automatically its owner. A new Global toggle in the hologram settings screen controls who else can manage that tracker:
Global: ON (default) - anyone with the mod installed can stop the tracker or change its display settings, same as before.
Global: OFF - only the owner can stop it or change its settings. Prevents other players from accidentally (or intentionally) messing with your trackers.
Server OPs can always control any tracker regardless of ownership or the Global setting, so a tracker never gets permanently stuck if its owner leaves.
Reminder: install requirements
Server: required, always.
Client: only needed for players who want to activate/control trackers themselves.
