Homing Attack and Boost

Hotfix for two small issues:

• Fix missing translation key for creative menu tab
• Fix item positioning when blocks are dropped

New in 1.6:

• Add Dash Panel, Dash Ring, and Spring blocks
• Fix crash on dedicated servers
• Add lots of new config options
• Change config library to Fzzy Config (old config files are not compatible)
• Include PlayerAnimator dependency (separate download no longer required)
