Removed - Client and Server:

• Pachouli Button
• Collapsible Entries [REI]

Notes

Pachouli Button was causing some WEIRD issues in several places, and was being futsy with the server. As much as I wanted the QOL for it-- it really didn't work.

Collapsible entries, while nice, didn't have a config to add certain things together so if it didn't have mod support then things were just left out. Was sad, but if it ends up getting a config then I'll add it back in.

Updated server mrpack is attached, as always.
