Global - Version Change

• Fixed Amendments Version due to MP server crash. [1]

Notes

Server was experencing issues due to amendments + moonlight version. This downgrades Amendments from 1.1 -> 1.09 which is the earliest version that doesn't crash.

Will update back when the MP server crash is fixed.
