Fixes
- Locks: Locked recipes could still be crafted by machines that read the whole recipe list instead of asking for a single recipe — Create's mixing and compacting were the visible case. Both ways of reaching a recipe are gated now.
- Locks: Locking or unlocking a stage now refreshes recipes on every path, and the full datapack reload only runs when the set of hidden recipes really changed.
Other
- License: Technical ports to other Minecraft versions or mod loaders are now explicitly allowed under conditions. See Section 3 of LICENSE.txt.
