Toast messages adjusted -> now work like neoforge
Bug Fixed: DimensionHandler and MobHandler: If multiple stages were defined on mobs/dimensions and one was unlocked, it was already unlocked even though other stages were still locked.
Bug Fixed: The pedestal GUI always displayed seconds; now it displays minutes for better clarity when more than 60 seconds are set.
Bug Fixed: ClientRecipeHandler was being cleared after every reload, which caused the recipes to stop working with some mods.
