Entity Spawnlock System
- Entities can now be split into two lock categories: attacklock and spawnlock

- New configurable welcome message shown to players on join
- Can be toggled via showWelcomeMessage in the common config

- Fixed crash with other Mods: Removed reloadResources() call on player login that caused a null-Player crash in OnDatapackSyncEvent
