Add hintful_advancements:uninstall function to clear all data related to this data pack. (The already-present hintful_advancements:reset function left the scoreboards in the world.)

Changed

Revise build script to use packsquash to produce optimized .zip files.
Optimize "Point of Interest" on data format 89+ by simplifying implementation to use a single advancement.
Remove unnecessary pack overlay and merge no_collision block tag implementations for data formats 20-25 and 26-44.

Fixed

Fix "Point of Interest" being unobtainable on data formats before 45.
