Highly-toxic-water

Inspired by "The Dark Forest", this datapack makes all players who touch water become poisoned, while other entities remain unaffected. The poisoning stops when leaving water.

Due to Minecraft mechanics, poisoning won't be fatal but will reduce player health to 1 point.
