Higher Build Limit

This Datapack makes the build limit higher. From the base limit of y=320 to y=640, so double the room to build. the void does stay the same at y=-64. This datapack "only" extends the build limit to y=640 because if you make the limit way higher then the world could get laggy and unstable. So this data pack is there for the users that want a higher build limit but still want their world to be stable!
