Hide and Seek is a datapack that allows you to play Hide and Seek using teams.

It is intended to play the datapack with cheats on! !

Each team has its specific loadout with item/s and effects

Seekers have:

• An unbreakable iron sword with sharpness X
• An unbreakable red leather cap with a netherite trim and curse of binding that gives the player wearing it +0.02 speed
• Infinite regeneration with 255 amplifier.

Hiders have:

• A goat horn that can be used as taunting.
• A glowing effect that lasts 5 seconds and appears once every 2.5 minutes (acts like a taunt and works great in bigger maps)

Opposing teams cannot see each other names.

Whenever someone dies that is in either one of the teams, they leave the team and their items get cleared from that team.

Gamerules are modified for the optimal experience:

• Natural regeneration is disabled.
• Keep Inventory is on

There is the possibility to spawn down chests with loot in them for the Hiders.

Chest command:

• /give @p chest{BlockEntityTag:{LootTable:"hiding:loot"}} 1

The loot consists of:

• Splash Potion of Regeneration
• Splash Potion of Healing
• Splash Potion of Nausea
• Splash Potion of Blinding
• Lingering Potion of Slowness
