Hibernate Fabric

This is the first full release of the Hibernate Fabric mod!

[!Note] This mod is server side only, it won't do anything on the client.

Changes in this fork compared to upstream latest version (0.5.0):

• Relicensed the mod under LGPL-3.0-or-newer.
• Dropped NeoForge support (Fabric only for now).
• Updated mod to Minecraft 1.21.9/10.
• Major code base clean up and restructuring.
• Added an error message when trying to hibernate the server when players are online.
• Added an warning message when trying to wake up the server from hibernation when no players are online.
• Hooked up memory optimization config options that were mentioned in the readme but didn't actually exist (now they do).
• Fixed #1 - Mod will now wait 1 second after a player leaves before checking how many players are left to enable hibernation.
• Fixed Memory Optimization system which never worked due to wrong timings, wrong values, using unused code, etc.
• Implemented #2 - Replaces removeProjectiles, removeExperienceOrbs, removeOldDroppedItems config options with 1 removeEntities array of entity ids.
• Fixed #3 - Implemented a workaround fix for MC-304138.
• Added Config options to set the gamerule restore values.
• Added a new mod icon.
