b8ches SMP 2 - Hexes and Hoodoo

This update reduces compression on Distant Horizons Chunks from LZMA2 to LZ4. This means they will load much quicker, but take up more space. LZMA2 compressed DH Chunks take up ~20% of their original space, whereas LZ4 compressed DH Chunks take up ~45% of their original space.
