Herobrine Boss Fight

UPGRADE: Now supports 1.21.5. Support versions start from 1.16.2 to 1.21.5.

CHANGE: Since it was more easy to steal Herobrine Skull from player than fighting Herobrine Boss to achieve it, it lead players to steal each other's Herobrine Skull. IT was a problem. So, flying with Herobrine Skull is now buffed. At critical health, the player will receive a booster levitation which could save them from other players.

TECHNICAL: Fixed dummy code and shortened it.

TECHNICAL: Removed smithed.strict tags from herobrine extra reinforcements since it is intended to use only for boss mobs.

TECHNICAL: Corrected Zombie Minion's Enchantment field.
