-Tweaked how Stratagems are thrown
-Made Armed Stratagems disarm after 15-seconds if not thrown, refunding the Stratagem ball/item
-Added custom splash text
-Added a new gamerule, which determines if text stating if a gun is empty will appear (default it is false)
-Minor tweaks (like reducing recoil on the M-105 Stalwart)
