Just a casual update with some additions and some touch ups here and there

New Levels:

• Sky High (Sonic 2 Game Gear)
• Aqua Lake (Sonic 2 Game Gear)
• Sylvania Castle (Sonic 4: Episode 2)

New Items:

• Sausage
• Cheese
• Tomato (As well as tomato crops)

Creative Tabs have improved icons, as well as a new tab for Entities

Some of the Food items have gotten a respite as to not look too out of place

Springs have been tweaked to where it doesn't bounce you stupidly high if they're grouped up/built next to each other.

The Skateboard can now climb up blocks, however it still can't jump.

Wisp Capsules have been tweaked slightly to be more creative mode friendly.
