• Reworked custom config buttons to use the compatible clickable widget path.
• Updated heartbeat sound playback from the older sound helper method to the newer UI sound helper.
• Kept vignette rendering behavior unchanged.
• Kept low-health intensity behavior unchanged.
• Kept heartbeat pulse and heartbeat sound configuration behavior unchanged.

• This build is separate from 1.21.9 - 1.21.10 because Minecraft 1.21.11 includes relevant client GUI and sound API changes.
