A few issue fixes, functional adjustments, and housekeeping tasks

• Fixed an issue where the stress bar could show up when player stress was disabled if the pack was reloaded.
• Removed the display of player stress in the global player list. If there's only one slot, it would be better saved for something else.
• Minor fixes and adjustments to bed buddy teleporting. Increased the maximum allowed distance between players, and fixed an issue where the bed check function checked the buddy's "bed located" score instead of the teleporting player's.
• Changed the overall headspace disable function to also disable stress, but without overwriting the separate stress enable/disable setting.
• Updated the pack image to the new logo, and fixed the pack formats to be technically correct.
