Changes since v1.3.0

• Fix wand starting editor mode for non-headmate heads
• New self-contained data storage system
• Holding paper in offhand and clicking on a block now reveals debug information
• Leaving editor mode now doesn't take two seconds anymore
• Fixed a bug where editor mode instructions mislead about old, removed features
• Users now get warned if something but headmate changes a head
• Add migrators for pre-2.0.0 headmate. THIS IS A MAJOR VERSION CHANGE. BACK WORLDS UP!!!
