HBs Foundation is an API for fundamental methods and utility methods related to all my Minecraft modded projects. Integrated with and dependent on Balm API. Not intended to add end user features to the game on its own.

- Added Enchanted Essence item, support, and default configuration
- Patched ManagedPlayer so it saves and restores data on Server and Clients
- Fixed reflection issues that may have caused crashes
- Cleaned up event registration to avoid duplicates
- Added system to source and track Biomes like Structures are tracked
