HBM NTM Reforged 0.9.2-beta

• Many guns got correct inventory icons and first-person models ported from EE (revolvers, rifles, SMGs, launchers, sedna specials).
• Aiming on legacy guns with sights: hold right mouse (was Shift). Extra fire mode on middle mouse when the gun had something on RMB before.
• gun_egon and gun_xvl1456 were not changed, only their place in the tab.
• Plasma heater and configurable multi bomb sit centered in inventory correctly.
• RBMK fluid burner has real textures and sits with other RBMK parts in creative.
• Mining tools with toggleable enchantments: the closing bracket when an ability is off is white again, not orange.
• New MK108 fire sound and several missing weapon recipes/assets added.
