Oil deposits in forests

• Surface oil spots (stone_cracked) no longer replace tree logs and leaves. Spots skip forest columns instead of carving through trunks.
• Underground oil bubbles stop spreading when they hit wood or leaf blocks, so pockets no longer appear inside tree canopies.

Desert power plant worldgen

• Legacy desert atom structure (03.03_atomSpawn) uses footprint terrain checks across the full pad instead of a single center point.
• Spawns only on relatively flat ground.
• Desert hills biomes are excluded via height variation filter, so the plant should not float on steep slopes.
