compatibility with addon HBM/NTM structure

• Optional compatibility with the ntmdopolnenie (NTMstructure) worldgen addon. Reforged structures and addon structures remap legacy block IDs when the addon JAR is installed.
• ntmdopolnenie is no longer blocked at startup. You can run both mods together. Toggle compat in config with enableNtmdopolnenieCompat if needed.
• Structure foundations no longer place filler blocks outside structure bounds.
• Legacy structure barrels and machines from addon saves resize their inventories correctly instead of crashing on load.

Worldgen fix

• Brick factory structures now spawn regular vanilla coal ore on the coal tray instead of oily coal ore. Applies to newly generated factories.

Radiation

• Advanced radiation pocket rebuilds are spread across ticks so walking near radioactive areas causes fewer freezes.
• Radiation spread speed and reach are unchanged from 0.9.3. Same decay and neighbor transfer rules, still about one update per second.
