Configured Defaults

This allows me to provide changes from standard configs and settings on initial installation of the pack. While anyone updating the pack doesn't have their options or configs changed at all. Feel free to change any of these, this is just the default experience I want to provide.

Config

Many of these config changes were already in place previously, they would just override any user changes on update without Configured Defaults.

• Fabric Waystones: Disabled level cost
• Easy Anvils-Server: Disabled prior work penalty
• Friends and Foes: Disabled everything except Moobloom
• Right Click Harvest Disabled hoe requirement
• Presence Footsteps: Set volume to 10
• Inventory Profiles Next: Set "Enable Items Highlight" and "Auto Refill - Show Icons on Enabled Slots" to false (these settings are so ugly)
