Added a new block, "Bone dice", which can be placed on the ground. Right-clicking allows for a roll.

Added a new item, "Bone dice stick", crafted from "Bone Die." It inflicts random damage points and randomly selects a target when attacking.

Added a new enchantment, "Heavy", applicable to boots. It slows down the wearer's movement speed and causes block damage upon falling.
