Once again, another rewrite! Why do I punish myself so much? Anyway, the modpack is now built with Packwiz, which makes it a lot easier for me to maintain. This update also adds Xaero's World Map to join the Minimap, and replaces Phosphor with Starlight.

This release supports 1.18.2 and 1.19. The only difference between them is 1.19 has BetterPingDisplay.
