Implements a three life system that creates a more multiplayer-friendly hardcore mechanic. Discontinued -- Use the new Hardcore Revive+ instead.

Made some changes to improve balancing & gameplay:
- Players cannot use both Axolotl's Blessing and Bedrock essence at the same time; drinking one will clear the other effect
- Reverted the Soul Charm recipe to include a Totem of Undying
- Players with 1 life receive 8 hearts
- Players revived with a Soul Charm now respawn with 2 lives
