Made some changes to improve balancing & gameplay:

• Players cannot use both Axolotl's Blessing and Bedrock essence at the same time; drinking one will clear the other effect
• Reverted the Soul Charm recipe to include a Totem of Undying
• Players with 1 life receive 8 hearts
• Players revived with a Soul Charm now respawn with 2 lives
