1.3 Update - Performance Galore!

This is primarily an under-the-hood patch to fix several performance issues across different parts of the modpack. Many lag issues along with delayed dimension changing & delayed block breaking/ghost blocks have been resolved.

New mods: Async Locator, Better Clouds, Camera Utils, Chat Signing Hider, Config Manager, Fast Noise, Glowing Torchflowers, Homeostatic, Item Physics Lite, Ixeris, No Chat Restrictions, Replay Mod, Scribble, Sound Physics Perfected, Sodium Shadowy Path Blocks.

Removed mods: Item Physics, Villager Names, Zombie Awareness, Animatica, Whisperwoods, EnvironmentZ & Compats, Dehydration, Sound Physics Remastered, Combat Roll, Vertigo, Nyf's Spiders, Beekeeper's Hut, Faster Random, RSLS, and many library mods.

Removed shaders & replaced them w/ Mellow Shaders tweaked to be more akin to vibrant visuals and then enabled them by default.

Replaced 3D Crops w/ Bee's Crops.

I don't even remember how many mods got updated?

I think this should hopefully be fine on old worlds? This will cause some removed items if you were using EnvironmentZ or Dehydration's items. In my testing nothing was corrupted or messed up with old worlds though.
