Pack rewrite to improve performance!
Things should mostly function the same, but there are a few updates to note:
Creaking, Ghasts, Breeze, and Silverfish now have their ability only trigger when damaging the player, rather than being proximity based.
The Wither Dash attack has been tweaked to be slightly more destructive.
Cleanup function added for use before uninstalling to revert most things to normal. Can be ran using /function hard_deluxe:cleanup
