Updated Happy Ghast Toggle Controls

• Changed the movement toggle input to use only Shift.
• Removed the need to press Shift + movement keys.
• Pressing Shift now toggles Happy Ghast auto-forward on or off.

Improved Timer Behavior

• Added timer support with /hg timer <seconds>.
• When a timer is set, the countdown starts when auto-forward is toggled on.
• Example: /hg timer 15 makes auto-forward stay active for 15 seconds after toggling it on.
• The timer should now show its countdown while active.

Safety Improvement

• Auto-forward now turns off automatically when the rider dismounts.
• This prevents the Happy Ghast from continuing to fly on its own after the player jumps off.
