Happy Creeper

Happy Creeper for NeoForge 1.21.11.

This build ports the mod to Minecraft 1.21.11 on NeoForge 21.11 beta. It carries forward the rendering and gameplay fixes completed on the 1.21.9 and 1.21.10 branches, including working creeper recolors, restored creeper armor rendering, restored happy creeper mask rendering, and smoother ✨ creeper transitions.

Included changes:

• Port to Minecraft 1.21.11
• Updated NeoForge target to 21.11 beta
• Migrated rendering/resource identifiers to the 1.21.11 API changes
• Updated moved client model and render imports for 1.21.11
• Preserved the 1.21.9+ fixes for recolors, armor, mask rendering, and ✨ creepers

• This release targets NeoForge beta for 1.21.11
• Built successfully and passes client startup smoke testing
