Added /handycommands description add to insert custom lore text at a specified line on the held item, with & formatting code support (colors and styles).

Added /handycommands description change to replace an existing lore line on the held item with new text, also supporting & formatting codes.

When the player's hand is empty, add now automatically creates a Paper item named "描述便签" (Description Note) as a blank canvas, instead of displaying an error.

当玩家手持为空时，add 命令自动创建名为"描述便签"的纸物品作为空白画布，不再显示错误提示。

Implemented translateAmpersandCodes utility to convert & format codes (e.g. &c, &l) to Minecraft § codes, supporting all 16 colors (0–9, a–f), 5 styles (k–o), and reset (r), with && escaping to a literal & character.

实现 translateAmpersandCodes 工具方法，将 & 格式化码（如 &c、&l）转换为 Minecraft § 码，支持全部 16 种颜色（0–9、a–f）、5 种样式（k–o）和重置（r），&& 转义为字面 & 字符。

Fixed a bug in translateAmpersandCodes where a missing continue statement after format-code replacement caused &c to be incorrectly translated to §&c instead of §c.

修复 translateAmpersandCodes 中因格式化码替换后缺少 continue 语句，导致 &c 被错误翻译为 §&c 而非 §c 的问题。

Added /handycommands color_font command to display a complete & format code reference chart in chat, with each of the 16 colors and 6 styles rendered as a live preview using its own formatting.Permission level 0 (available to all players) — no cheats required to view the reference chart.

新增 /handycommands color_font 命令，在聊天栏显示完整的 & 格式化码速查表，16 种颜色和 6 种样式均以各自的颜色/样式实时预览渲染。权限等级 0（所有玩家可用）—— 查看速查表无需作弊权限。
