New: Configurable Enchantment Name Tags

The enchantment name tag overlay is now fully configurable through the YACL settings screen. Three new options:

Enchantment Name Tags — Toggle the text overlay on/off entirely
Name Tag Range — How close you need to be for labels to appear (1–16 blocks, default 4)
Name Tag Size — Scale the text from 50% to 200% of vanilla name tag size
