Adds 2 handles which allow for weapon upgrades and a new boss.

Added a new boss, fought by using an Efficient Handle and a Blaze Rod.

Drops an Ancient Handle on death.

This boss is a lot easier than the other boss. It is mostly here so you are able to "trade" efficient handles for ancient handles, and ease you into this type of bossfights.

Efficient Handles are a lot more common now.
