crafted items are low quality
- reduces armor and toughness for armors
- reduces attack speed, mining speed and attack damage for other items
- there is low chance that crafted item will be normal
added master tools and crafting kits:
- can be used to remove low quality component
- crafting kits let you craft items without smithing table
- lvl 5 villagers may sell master tools
- master tools can be found in dungeon chests
- master tools work as tier 5 (netherite) hammer and has 21 max durability
new smithing recipe type: smithing_repair:
- a templateless recipe for removing low quality
- requires tier 5 hammer (master tools or netherite hammer)
- 'base' is item with 'low quality' component
- 'addition' is an item that can be used to repair base (f.e. iron ingot for iron items)
- hammer's durabilty loss depends on recipe (copper - 1, iron/chain - 2, gold - 3, diamond - 4)
holding items from 'slows_down_when_in_inventory' tag gives player slowness 3
added master tools to some loot tables (in most dungeons they are damaged)
master tools can drop from archaeology (trail ruins)
