Hardcore-Ban mode, it bans you using quadratric formula for harsher punishments.

- Fixed another problem (as well as the previous integer), with the implemented scoreboard it deleted your deaths, and so you always were banned for the minimum timze.
- Made it so the minimum death time for PVP isn't 0 anymore. (it was a minor math tomfoolery problem, 0 ^ n is always 0 haha)
Enjoy! Also I promise this is the last reset related hotfix for this version... I think?
